The apartment is located near the city centre of Opatija – just a few minutes by car or approximately 8 minutes on foot. It is situated on the ground floor and is surrounded by a well-maintained garden. This creates the feeling of renting a house rather than an apartment.
When you open the glass front of the veranda, a large, open space emerges: the kitchen, dining area, lounge and patio merge into a single light-filled area with a beautiful view of the sea and nature.

Diese Unterkunft ist in jeder Hinsicht ein Traum: makellos sauber, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Lage unglaublich schön. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. 1000 Dank!
Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt, in einer Wohlfühloase, mit Meerblick, toller Wohneinheit, hilfreiche , nette Gastgeber, Obstkorb zur Begrüßung, Empfehlung für Pärchen, welche einen wunschlosen, harmonischen Urlaub verbringen wollen!
Wunderschöne großzügige, saubere und moderne Wohnung mit traumhaften Ausblick auf das Meer. Auch der Garten ist sehr gepflegt. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Zur Begrüßung erhielten wir frisches Obst und Blumen. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Sehr positiv auch der eigene Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück und die Ausflugs- und Restauranttipps durch die Gastgeber.
L'appartement est spacieux, lumineux et très bien situé avec une grande véranda, comme son nom l'indique. Les hôtes sont également très sympathiques. Merci!
